Berlin Prenzlauer BergA squalid neighbourhood in the 1900s, Prenzlauer Berg after WW II became a haven for artists who opposed the east German communists. Then, after reunificaton, Prenzlauer Berg boomed, quickly becoming the "in" district of Berlin. GLS is at Kastanienallee 82, nicknamed "casting alley" because of all the films shot here. |
